Identity map

We’ve created an Identity Map to explore who we are as individuals and as a community. The map consists of photos with handwritten questions that invite you to reflect on your personal experiences, beliefs, and values. Even though the quality is simple, the answers we gather will help us build a deeper understanding of ourselves and each other.

We invite you to look at the images, take some time to think about the questions, and send us your responses. Your input is vital to complete this map and enrich our collective journey.

Don’t hesitate to share your thoughts with us! Every answer adds a unique perspective and helps paint a fuller picture of our shared identity. We look forward to receiving your responses and completing this meaningful project together.

Audiovisual projects

During the BRIDGES exchange, we had the opportunity to bring our ideas to life through audiovisual projects. These projects showcase the creativity, collaboration, and passion of the participants as they worked together to explore social and ecological issues through the lens of art.

From short films to documentaries, each project tells a unique story of our collective journey, the challenges we faced, and the connections we made. The audiovisual works are a testament to the power of creativity in fostering understanding, sharing experiences, and creating lasting change.

We invite you to explore these projects and see the impact we’ve made together. Each video represents a piece of our shared vision for a better future.

One World, One Hope

This song is a beautiful collective creation that celebrates the power of unity and the shared dreams of young people from across the world. It was written during the BRIDGES youth exchange and became a symbol of the deep connection between participants. Each verse reflects the unique contributions and voices of different cultures, blending together in harmony to convey a powerful message of hope, love, and the determination to create a brighter future.

The song played a key role in the artistic intervention that took place in Llinars del Vallès, where it was performed for the local community. Some participants brought the lyrics to life through heartfelt singing, while others expressed its spirit with a vibrant dance. This collaborative performance became a moving tribute to the values of the project and a celebration of the diversity and creativity of the group.

A collective voice for change!

Outcomes summary

The following document presents a day-by-day summary of the Bridges youth exchange. It outlines the flow of activities and captures key learnings, creative outcomes, and the impact of the project on participants, partner organizations, and the wider community.

This dossier is meant not only as a record of what took place during the exchange, but also as a source of inspiration and practical insight for educators, youth workers, project coordinators, and anyone interested in creative, nature-based, and participatory learning experiences.

We hope to offer a transparent and useful glimpse into how the Bridges project unfolded — and to encourage others to imagine and carry out similar initiatives.
