Welcome to Bridge Inspect support.

Bridge Inspect is an offline iOS application for civil engineering bridge defect inspection. It uses on-device AI segmentation to identify defects (rust, paint damage, efflorescence, water seepage) from photographs taken during bridge inspections.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the app work without internet? Yes. All defect detection runs entirely on your device. No internet connection is required.

Where is my data stored? All inspections, photos, and analysis results are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server.

What devices are supported? iPhone running iOS 15.1 or later. iPhone 12 or newer is recommended for best performance.

Why does my first inspection take longer? The AI model is loaded and optimized on first use. Subsequent inspections are faster.

How do I report a defect detection issue? Email us with a description of the issue. If possible, include the photo and the detected result.
