CUNY has created programs that are dedicated to supporting their students of all immigration statuses. CUNY Student Affairs has established a centralized department that focuses on the success of immigrant students across all 25 campuses. This resource advocates for and empowers students with various and changing statuses, including undocumented, DACA, asylum seekers, TPS, SIJS, U-Visa holders, refugees, asylum granted, Cuban-Haitian entrants, parolees, T-visa holders, VAWA designated individuals, and those in mixed-status families. If you or someone you know fits any of these categories, this department is here to provide comprehensive support and guidance.
This resource has different resources and information for undocumented CUNY students and they even have resources and information for each CUNY school, so no matter the school you may attend or are looking to attend, it is easily accessible. The website has videos, FAQs, and more available!

This resource under the New York State Youth Leadership Council (NYSYLC) supports undocumented youth by providing leadership development, advocacy, and educational support. It offers college access workshops, information on the New York Dream Act, and help with in-state tuition applications. NYSYLC also fosters a supportive community for undocumented youth to connect, share experiences, and advocate for their right.
