College & Career Bridge for All (CCB4A) is a program that works with DOE and CUNY to increase postsecondary enrollment by hiring and training college students to provide meaningful advising to graduating seniors through the postsecondary planning, financial aid, and matriculation processes. In 2020, we scaled our program to ensure that all students in the NYCDOE graduating class have access to a near-peer Bridge Coach to support them on their postsecondary journey. As a city-wide program, we serve more than 50,000 students annually as they graduate from the NYCDOE. So, a Bridge Coach is a trained college student who helps students with the matriculation process.

Meet your coach 💌
I am a Senior majoring in Childhood Education at the City College of New York school, and I like to explore the city with friends in my free time!
Hi! My name is Da'Asia Earth (Die-Asia Earth). My pronouns are she/her. I am a 21-year-old Gemini who enjoys making new friends and experiencing things I have done before. I am very excited to meet all of you and I hope you are all doing well.
Interest, hobbies, clubs
I have so many interests, it is so hard to pick the main ones. I would say going to museums, photography, and trying new foods. My hobbies are writing, reading, and traveling. My favorite thing to do above all is play the sims 4 and watching Netflix's in my pajamas!
My experience in City College of New York....
When I started college, I originally did not plan to come to City College of New York (CCNY). I had planned to go to another university, but I could not attend so I chose CCNY as my runner-up! I am so happy I did. As I am entering the first semester of my senior year (almost there🤞🏾), I tend to think about how different my life would be if I did not end up going to CCNY. In City, I have been able to meet some amazing people whom I can call friends and I learned so much from amazing professors. I have made the dean's list and been given opportunities I have never thought of. On top of that, my campus is beautiful so that is a plus. It might even be the best-looking CUNY! (but that might be a little biased🙂↔️) As my college career is slowly coming to an end, I am hoping that my senior years continue to treat me well so I can start teaching our youth!
