B&C: Layout is a city-planning app designed for LEGO® fans.

Create a city at exact stud dimensions, then arrange official sets, custom buildings, roads, railway track and other infrastructure on a clear interactive grid.

You can add:

• Official modular and landmark sets

• Custom buildings in your own dimensions

• Road plates

• Straight and curved railway track

• Flexible track, switches and crossings

• Custom photographs for buildings

Items can be dragged, rotated, duplicated, renamed and snapped into position.

Yes!

Choose the dimensions of your custom building, give it a name and colour, then place it anywhere in the city.

You can also take a photograph or choose one from Photos for an official set or custom building. The photograph is stored as part of your private project and can sync through iCloud.

Most city-planning features work offline.

You’ll need an internet connection for:

• Downloading official-set images for the first time

• Syncing projects through iCloud

• Making or restoring purchases

Previously downloaded images may remain available from the app’s local cache. Any offline project changes will sync when your device reconnects.

Yes!

As long as you’re signed into the same Apple Account with iCloud enabled, your projects sync automatically between your iPhone and iPad.

Expansion purchases are also tied to your Apple Account and work across both devices.

B&C: Layout is free to download.

The free version includes:

• Up to 2 saved cities

• City grids up to 128 × 128 studs

• Up to 4 official buildings per city

• Up to 4 custom buildings per city

• Up to 15 road plates per city

• Unlimited straight railway track

• Standard PNG export with a watermark

• Private iCloud project sync

Optional expansions are available as independent, one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or advertisements.

The City Builder Expansion includes:

• Unlimited saved cities

• City grids up to 640 × 640 studs

• Unlimited official and custom buildings

• Up to 250 road plates per city

• High-resolution PNG and PDF export

The Infrastructure Expansion includes:

• Unlimited saved cities

• City grids up to 192 × 192 studs

• Up to 1,000 road plates per city

• R40 curves, flexible track, switches and crossings

• High-resolution PNG and PDF export

The AR Expansion includes:

• View your complete city layout in augmented reality

• Place your city on a real-world surface

• Drag to reposition your layout

• Pinch to resize and twist to rotate

• Tap buildings to view their details

• Preview building images, footprints, roads and railway pieces in AR

The expansions can be purchased separately or combined. When combined, you receive the highest available limits and all unlocked features.

AR requires a compatible iPhone or iPad with camera access.

If you’ve previously unlocked Unlimited Sets, simply tap Restore Purchases in the Shop tab or on the Paywall screen.

Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
