3. Describe your work using 2 Elements of Art
Shapes and colors. For shapes, there are many shapes used in this drawing such as the geometric shape in the middle of a circle. Also, since shapes come in many different sizes, it's pretty much all that is used in this design. For colors, I've used colors to really accentuate and make the drawing pop out more. I used bright colors like orange, red, yellow, etc.
4. Describe your work using 2 Principles of Design
Rhythm and balance. For rhythm, it means repition of shapes. I used rhythm for the fire behind the paintbrush and the dripping paint underneath the circle. And for balance, I used visual balance for the colors to keep them arranged together. For example, the fire and the colors.

I used a line for the various small patterns on the raccoons ears, cheeks, and forehead. Spiral lines were used in the small bubbles placed throughout the raccoons neck. I also used shape for the countless teeth, hairs, and patterns that were spread throughout my drawing.
Describe your work using 2 Principles of Design
I used contrast for the important black outlines of the raccoon, and white for the negative space on the raccoons face and background that made the black pop out more. Lastly, I used pattern for the numerous small, tiny, designs throughout the raccoons face. Like its forehead, ears, cheeks, nose, and tongue.

I chose my brother's friend, Jebediah, to draw. I chose to draw him since I'be hung out with him along with my brother and he is very funny and has dark humor. He also made me the way I am now since I picked up on some of his behavior and humor.
I used 2 Elements, shape and line. I used shape by simplifying the shadows into shape so it'd be easier to make it accurate. Then, I used lines to draw the hair and used it to make shapes. I used 2 principles, rhythm and balance. I used rhythm to sketch before using it to draw in the shadows and hair. I used balance to make sure all the colors were accurate to the reference I was using and made sure it was accurate, somewhat.

The 2 Elements of Art I used in this is value and color. I used value when placing bright colors and the color black together. Then I used color to color in the blank parts on the inside of the images and used different color theories.
2 Principles of Design I used for my work is contrast and unity. I used contrast since dark and bright colors contrast each other starkly. Then I used unity to make sure the colors are equally balanced and that none of them have more than the others.
