The STEM Impact & Leadership Alliance held its first-ever elections for officer positions in accordance to ICC policy as a new club registered within the school administration.

 First Election

The STEM Impact & Leadership Alliance held its first election at the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year term for Secretary, Treasurer, Media Chair, and Event Coordinator. 

Special Elections

Following the termination and removal of our Vice President at the time alongside the creation of 3 new roles, a special election was called and conducted to fill the vacant roles. Our Secretary was promoted to Vice President by the approval of our advisor and recommendation of our President at the time. This shifted the election to the roles of Secretary, Publications Chair, Outreach Chair, and Committee Chair. These roles were subsequently filled after an evaluation of leadership during our WinterFest outreach initiative at Knights View Elementary.

CERTIFICATION

SILA certified the new officer elects to ICC shortly after Winter Break, where those officers served till the end of the year and facilitated our first-ever officer election in accordance with our own SILA Constitution for the school year of 2026-2027. The outgoing and re-elected officers conducted a respectful transfer of duties.
