Here, you'll find a detailed overview of my career history and the projects I've worked on throughout my journey as an undergrad.
During the summer of 2022, I had the opportunity to work as a Talent & Business Development Associate at Stanton Chase Leadership Consultants. As part of my role, I worked closely under the mentorship of Wabash College alumnus Jeff Perkins, to support various projects related to executive search, leadership development, and internal business development!
During the 2022-2023 school year, I worked as an advertising consultant for The Bachelor, the student newspaper. In this role, I was responsible for securing advertising placements in the paper, designing them, and managing relationships with clients. Over the course of one year, I was able to significantly boost sales for The Bachelor, increasing advertising revenue by 200%.
Throughout my undergraduate years, I had the opportunity to hold several leadership roles that helped me develop my skills in leading among my peers.
Through my experiences, I learned valuable lessons about leadership and working with others. I gained a deeper understanding of the importance of effective communication, strategic planning, and teamwork. I also learned how to navigate conflicts and challenges while maintaining a positive and productive relationship with my peers. These lessons have been invaluable in shaping my approach to leadership and in helping me to develop the skills and qualities necessary to succeed in the professional world.
