After a very shaky first season in West London, Mark Flekken has been one of Brentford's stand-out players in the 2024/25 season.

As of the time of writing, no goalkeeper in Europe's top 5 leagues has made more saves than the Dutch shot-stopper this term.

Valdimarsson is already Iceland's first choice goalkeeper and when called upon earlier in the season, against Brighton, he proved more than capable of being a quality keeper.

One of the greatest stories to come out of this season has surely been that of KLP's transformation into a left-back.

Despite starting the season as an attacking player, injuries forced Thomas Frank to try something different and because of that KLP has found a regular place in our starting line-up and been one of the rogue player of the season shouts.

Unfortunately, Rico's season has once again been plagued with injuries.

He's only featured once in the Premier League at the time of writing and has had many setbacks but thankfully he looks to be close to a full return soon.

Another player who's 

Mads Roerslev is one of the many Danish players at Brentford. Due to current injuries, Mads is a regular starter. He has made over 100 appearences for the "Bees."

Collins has had a tough start to his "Bees" career but looks to be an exciting long-term Ben Mee replacement.

Ben won the "Fans' Player Of The Season" award last term. He has been an ever-present defensive rock for us and can hopefully continue his impressive performances this year.

The rise from non-league to Premier League has been an impressive journey for Jamaican international, Ethan Pinnock. In the words of our former captain Pontus Jansson: "For me, he is just unbelievable. I think he is up there, this season, as one of the best centre-backs in this league." Pinnock made the WhoScored.com team of the year 2023.

Kristoffer Ajer is another player who has had an injury-riddled season. Fingers crossed, he can return to his form from the 2021/22 term.

Mathias Jørgensen, nicknamed "Zanka" may not always be the first name on the team sheet but he is a great character to have around the squad.

Goode has always failed to become a regular first-team starter. During the 2021/22 season, injuries to Ajer and Zanka meant Charlie started a run of games for the "Bees" but after picking up an injury of his own, he was sent out on loan. Goode is currently out on loan with Wigan Athletic.

Vitaly is a player most managers would dream of having in their squad. The all-rounder German midfielder can play anywhere from Defensive midfielder to Left-back.

Norgaard won "Fans' Player Of The Season" and "Players' Player Of The Season" in 2021/22. Following the departure of Pontus Jansson, Christian is our captain.

I'll be the first to put my hand up and say after the 2021/22 season, I didn't think Mati Jensen was good enough for the Prem. I'll also be the first to put my hand up and say how wrong I was. Following the departure of Christian Eriksen, lots of fans and pundits alike were wondering how we would cope without him..... In my opinion, Jensen has been one of our best players this season.

Yarmo made his senior debut for Dnipro in 2020, becoming the 2nd youngest player to feature in the Ukranian top flight at only 16 years and 140 days! 

Josh Dasilva is one of the many players to make the step up from Brentford's B Team to the first team. Josh was on the books of Arsenal's academy before Brentford signed him. 

Frank "The Tank" Onyeka joined from our sister club FC Midtjylland in 2021. He is currently away at AFCON with tournament favourites Nigeria.

Grenadian born Shandon Baptiste joined the "Bees" in 2020 from Oxford. I have linked Shandon's YouTube channel to his picture. (Just tap on the picture and it will take you to his channel.) 

Damsgaard has lots to prove in the remaning few months of the season. Hopefully he will get his first goals for the club soon. 

Trevitt spent the first half of this season out on loan with Exeter City. He is now back at Brentford recovering from his season-ending injury.

MPH is currently out on loan at Portsmouth.

He is a very exciting young player and hopefully can make more first-team appearances next season!

Ghoddos was released by the club in the summer but later brought back due to many first-team injuries. 

He won Premier League goal of month for his striker against Burnley in October.

He has played mainly at RWB this season to cover the loss of Aaron Hickey.

"Wissa's on fire! Your defence is terrified!" 

Wissa is currently away at AFCON with DR Congo and has already won a MOTM for his performance against Zambia.

After having a tough start to his Brentford career, KLP has shone in his last few matches picking up his first Premier League goals.

Prior to Mbeumo's injury, he has set a record as one of only 3 Premier League players to have 10 goals and 10 assists in 2023. The other 2 were Saka and Salah.

Schade is currently out injured but nearing his return. He is an exciting young winger with big potential and he will be a huge player in the final few months of the season.

Ivan has just returned from his 8 month suspension and is now ready to lead the "Bees" out of our relegation scrap and into safety!

I was lucky enough to be at Toney's first game back VS Nottingham Forest where he won MOTM.

Maupay is the king of all wind-up merchants.

Since returning to Brentford he has helped to cover the loss of Ivan Toney and since IT's return, Maupay has linked-up well with the Englishman in a front 2.
