Thomas Frank took over as head coach of Brentford FC in October 2018 after Dean Smith left for Aston Villa.

Thomas and Brentford turned things around in the 2019/20 season, making it to the EFL Championship Play-Off final. Unfortunately, we lost 2-1 in the final to Fulham.
