All participants are encouraged to present a poster at the meeting, including undergraduate and graduate students, and industry participants.
Please register your poster. You will find the link here as soon as registration opens.
Posters should be in A0 portrait format or smaller. The poster boards are 145 cm high x 115 cm wide; they fit in A0 format.
When you come to the meeting, ask at the welcome/registration desk where your posterboard is – your poster will have a number, and so will your posterboard. (You’ll also get your name tag) You can find out the board number of your poster in advance in the List of Posters.
Please post your poster on your assigned poster board, not elsewhere.
Bring pins if possible; some will be available at the welcome desk.
The posters should be up before the first talks begin at 9:00, and they should remain on the boards for the entire meeting. Take them down just before you leave.
If you are coming later, put your poster up as soon as you arrive.
If you are leaving before the Beer Hour, please leave your poster on for people to view – we will collect and store all the posters, and you can pick up your poster afterward.
Your poster will also have a letter, either A or B.
If the letter is A, then please be present at your poster during poster session A. See the program.
If the letter is B, please be present at your poster during poster session B. See the program.
The Beer Hour is an additional opportunity for poster viewing. During this time, you do not need to stay with your poster.
We will produce an abstract book with the first authors' names and titles of all posters. It will be available at the welcome desk.
