Kello Solutions (“Kello Solutions”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) developed BREATHE | Calm & Focus (“BREATHE”, “the App”).

BREATHE is a breathing and wellness application designed to provide guided breathing exercises and tools intended to support relaxation, stress relief, sleep preparation, focus, and short breathing breaks.

We respect your privacy. BREATHE does not require an account, user profile, registration, or login, and we do not collect or maintain a personal user profile.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

This information is stored locally and is not transmitted to Kello Solutions as part of the normal operation of the App.

If you delete the App, locally stored App information may also be removed, depending on your device's operating system and backup settings.

BREATHE may offer optional reminders, such as daily breathing reminders.

Notifications are optional. You can allow or disable notifications through the App or your iOS device settings.

BREATHE does not use notifications to collect personal information.

If you enable reminders, the App may store the relevant reminder configuration locally on your device so that notifications can be scheduled.

5. Health and Fitness Data

BREATHE does not require access to Apple Health or HealthKit to provide its core functionality.

The App does not collect, store, transmit, or sell health or fitness information through its normal breathing features.

If future versions introduce additional integrations, this Privacy Policy will be updated where necessary before such functionality is introduced.

6. Location Data

BREATHE does not require or collect your precise or approximate location.

The App does not use location tracking for its breathing, sleep, focus, progress, or reminder features.

7. Camera, Microphone and Photos

BREATHE does not require access to:

• Microphone

The App does not collect or process photographs, videos, audio recordings, or voice recordings.

8. Advertising

BREATHE does not intentionally collect personal information for targeted advertising.

If advertising or third-party advertising technologies are introduced in a future version of the App, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what information is processed and how users can manage applicable privacy choices.

9. Analytics

BREATHE is designed to operate without requiring personal analytics or a user profile.

If BREATHE offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payments are processed through Apple's App Store infrastructure.

Kello Solutions does not receive or store your complete payment card information through the App.

Apple may process purchase-related information in accordance with Apple's applicable terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.

Because BREATHE does not require an account and is designed not to collect personal information, there is no personal user database maintained by Kello Solutions for the normal operation of the App.

13. Data Retention

Kello Solutions does not maintain a personal user account or personal breathing-data database for BREATHE.

Information used for App preferences, progress, session history, and reminders may remain locally on your device until you delete it, reset the relevant App data, or remove the App, subject to your device's operating system and backup behavior.

14. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the App and any information that may be processed in connection with its operation.

Because BREATHE is designed to minimize data collection and does not require an online user account, there is no centralized personal user database required for the core functionality of the App.

However, no electronic system or method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

BREATHE is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the App does not require registration or collection of personal information, it does not intentionally create personal profiles for children.

The App does not provide medical advice.

If you have a medical condition, experience unusual symptoms, have concerns about breathing, or are unsure whether a breathing exercise is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the App.

Stop using an exercise if you feel uncomfortable, dizzy, light-headed, short of breath, or otherwise unwell.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.

When changes are made, the updated policy will include a new effective date.
