We will gather to discuss, find and learn ways of mindful and healthy living through reconnecting with nature, with each other and with ourselves. We will use such tools as outdoor nature based activities, body work, dance movement,, meditations, mindfulness, deep reflections, simulation exercises, healthy nutrition and conscious consumers' approach to express our hidden potential, to understand other cultures and learn peaceful communication, to overcome stressful situations, become healthy and mindful human beings. And as a result to enrich our youth work tool box with new empowering ZEN tools.
