All bookings will follow the procedure below;

1. Secure a date and verify that it is open and available with Marty Scarlett,

2. Once the date is verified, a full 100% payment will be made via E-Transfer to secure the booking.

3. Cancellation policies;

   1. 60 days before the event; 100% refund

   2. 59 to 30 days before the event; 75% refund

   3. 29 to 14 days before the event; 50% refund

   4. 13 to 7 days before the event; 25% refund

   5. Less than 6 days before the event; 0 refund

4. If the event has to be cancelled at my property due to weather, you will receive a full E-Transfer refund of 100%
