Tracey's love for movement began early, playing sport at school and training in ballet and dance as a child. This foundation sparked a lifelong passion for physical movement that naturally evolved into Pilates and functional training, with a focus on posture, movement patterns, and addressing muscular imbalances.
With over 20 years of experience as a Pilates teacher, Tracey is also a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in posture correction, core strength, and stability. Tracey's approach combines the principles of Pilates, core work, and flexibility to build strength and stability from the inside out, drawing from her diverse range of disciplines to create comprehensive, effective training.
Beyond the studio, Tracey's favourite things include Pilates (because it's beauty lies in its simplicity), connecting with kind-hearted people, good interior design, listening to music loudly, creating delicious and healthy homemade foods, and belly laughing with friends.
Meet Hannah – a clinically trained nutritionist specialising in women's hormones, dedicated to helping women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and other hormonal challenges.
Hannah understands the frustration of feeling overwhelmed by symptoms like fatigue, irritability, brain fog, low energy, reduced libido, weight gain, midlife burnout, and bloating. Her mission is to help women move beyond these struggles to feel amazing again by rebalancing their hormones, re-energising their bodies, and reinvigorating their overall wellness.

Throughout her career, Bodhini has practiced, studied, and taught many complementary therapies including reiki and massage. However, her absolute joy has always been diving deep into the great mysteries of the universe, exploring the complexities of being human, and celebrating the beauty of the natural world.
In 2019, Bodhini made the decision to transform this passion into her primary focus, and she welcomes anyone who wants to join her on this journey of discovery and wonder.
