Hi! I’m Holly, the heart behind Breathe and Bloom. As an elementary school educator with over 12 years of classroom experience, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is for children to feel connected, confident, and supported, and those tenets are at the core of every class I teach. Alongside teaching kids yoga, I’m a fitness enthusiast and instructor with experience in cycling, strength, and yoga classes for grown-ups. No matter the modality, my classes are filled with energy, creativity, and mindfulness.
