Will my insurance pay for my consult?*
I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare, for home visits and telehealth. You can book your appointment with me through the links below.
For Horizon BCBS patients, I can provide you with a lactation superbill you can use to claim out of network benefits.
If you do not have insurance coverage.
Your out of pocket fees without insurance coverage are $300. for a home visit and $200. for a virtual video visit with baby, $125 without baby. The fee is payable at the time of the visit.
Please note: There is an additional $50/$75 convenience fee for all home visits. The in-home convenience fee goes toward the extra time and expenses of traveling to patient’s homes with the necessary equipment needed to provide you with high quality care. It is payable at each home visit.
