Will my insurance pay for my consult?*

I am in network with Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, for home visits and telehealth. You can book your appointment with me through the links below.

If you do not have insurance coverage.

Your out of pocket fees without insurance coverage are $250. for an initial home visit and  $200. for the initial virtual visit.  The fee is payable at the time of the visit.

*There is an additional $50 convenience fee for all covered and non-insurance covered home visits.

The in-home convenience fee goes toward the extra time and expenses of traveling to patient’s homes with the necessary equipment needed to provide you with high quality care.  The in-home convenience fee is $50 and is payable to me at the visit. Should you live outside of my normal travel area I charge $75.00 per visit.
