I am in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare, for home visits and telehealth. You can book your appointment with me through the links below.*
If you do not have insurance coverage.
Your out of pocket fees without insurance coverage are $250. for a home visit and $125. for a virtual visit. The fee is payable at the time of the visit.
Please note: There is an additional $50/$75 convenience fee for all covered and non-insurance covered home visits. The in-home convenience fee goes toward the extra time and expenses of traveling to patient’s homes with the necessary equipment needed to provide you with high quality care. It is payable at each home visit.
