I am in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare, for home visits and telehealth. You can book your appointment with me through the links below.*
If you do not have insurance coverage.
Your out of pocket fees without insurance coverage are $250. for a home visit and $125. for a virtual visit. The fee is payable at the time of the visit.
*There is an additional $50/$75 convenience fee for all covered and non-insurance covered home visits.
The in-home convenience fee goes toward the extra time and expenses of traveling to patient’s homes with the necessary equipment needed to provide you with high quality care.
The in-home convenience fee is $50 and is payable to me at the visit. Should you live outside of my regular travel area the fee is $75.00 per visit.
