Will my insurance pay for my consult?*

At this time, I can accept CIGNA insurance through Wildflower Health.

If you do not have insurance coverage.

Your out of pocket fees if you do not have coverage are $250. for an initial home visit and  $200 for the initial virtual visit.  The fee is payable at the time of the visit. In addition, there is a $50 travel fee for home visits outside my 30 minute travel range. I can provide you with a coded receipt for lactation services which you can use to claim reimbursement from your insurance company for an out of network provider. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee partial or full reimbursement.
