Zoe Dellarosa

President - Project manager with experience in international cooperation and social planning. She deals with strategic planning, development, and coordination of educational and environmental projects, with particular attention to community contexts. Within Breaking Barriers, she guides the association's vision and the development of international partnerships, promoting inclusive and sustainable practices based on co-planning and local empowerment.

Nathalia Costa Pereira Sampaio

Vice President -  Educator with experience in educational and social fields. She contributes to the development of inclusive projects and the strengthening of collaborations with communities and educational realities in the contexts where the association operates.

Sonia Ben Zaineb

Social Area Manager - She has worked for years in the social sector, dealing with unaccompanied minors and people with migratory backgrounds. She brings to the association skills related to educational work, accompaniment, and support for people in contexts of vulnerability.

Andrea Quadrelli

Compliance and Governance - He handles the regulatory aspects of the association. He has gained experience in the social sector and in international contexts within NGOs, contributing to the structuring of Breaking Barriers projects.
