All orders are custom made, even if you choose a "ready-made" design! This is due to the fact that measurements are required for most of my products to ensure they fit safely and comfortably.

This also ensures that any changes can be made to color or charms for your order!

If there are any mishaps with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me in regards to the warranty each order comes with!
