Submitting Google Form

Response Receipt

Traditional worksheet assignments have been converted to a Google Forms format. In order to receive credit for completing the electronic worksheet, students must submit the URL of their Response Receipt to Canvas, after completing the worksheet. See below for instructions on where to find your Response Receipt.

You will receive two Response Receipts.

Either can be submitted to Canvas for completion of your assignment.

The first is automatic upon completion of the electronic worksheet.

OPEN RESPONSE RECEIPT

You will need to open your Response Receipt by clicking the 'View score' button.

COPY THE URL

Highlight and right-click the URL at the top of the screen to copy it.

Paste the URL in Canvas

Open your assignment in Canvas, Click on 'Start Assignment' at the top right of your screen.

Scroll to the bottom of your assignment. Paste your Response Receipt URL link into the Website URL space and click on 'Submit Assignment'

After you click the 'Submit Assignment' button, you should see confetti and find the a check mark with your submission details.

If you want to verify you submitted the correct URL, click on 'Submission Details' and you can open the link submitted to make sure it opens up your assignment's Response Receipt.

It may seem complicated if you are not routinely on a computer, but after a couple of submissions, you'll find its pretty easy to do and a lot less paperwork to keep up with.
