"Thank you for visiting this website. I understand that you’re interested in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so I’d like to explain its attractiveness.
Talent Independence: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu doesn’t rely on specific talents like speed, physical strength, or body size. Instead, it emphasizes experience. Competitions are organized by weight categories, ensuring that physical attributes don’t create a disadvantage.
Safety: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a relatively safe combat sport. It primarily focuses on ground techniques, which reduces the risk of sudden impact injuries. Experienced practitioners can adjust their power, making it safe for beginners.
Self-Defense: Mat exercises and break-fall techniques become valuable self-defense skills. Using your own or your opponent’s clothing can be effective. People often report that their bodies unconsciously move to protect themselves.
Health and Fitness: Sparring engages your entire body. While it can be exhausting, this burnout is essential for overall health and fitness. Even practicing once a week can yield positive results, despite the expected muscle soreness."
Feel free to explore Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—it offers a unique blend of practical self-defense, physical fitness, and mental discipline! 😊
"We’re looking for individuals to practice with us. Although our team is small, we have excellent training sessions with Jiu-Jitsu teacher Mr. Fabio (a Black Belt) and experienced members.
We strongly believe that the ability to practice in your hometown is a significant benefit, especially for those balancing work and family commitments."
It’s wonderful that you’re creating a supportive environment for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. Keep up the great work!

"Your motivation for practicing Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts is crucial. You’ll learn both physical techniques from your teacher and valuable insights from fellow members.
Additionally, maintaining general knowledge and acting politely are essential. Since Jiu-Jitsu involves combat and contact, these points help prevent accidents.
To start, you only need basic sportswear. Once you’ve decided to commit to learning Jiu-Jitsu, you can purchase a ‘Kimono’ (also known as a ”GI" through online auctions, free markets, or from our team."
Remember, dedication and respect for the art form will enhance your journey in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu!
No Monthly Fees: We don’t charge any monthly fees.
Sunday Class Fee: If you attend the Sunday class with the teacher, there’s a fee of 2000 Yen payable to the teacher.
Potential Changes: We’re considering adding other classes, so please be aware that this system may change.
Insurance System: Starting next spring, we plan to organize an insurance system within our team.
It’s great to see your commitment to providing accessible and thoughtful training options for practitioners. Keep up the good work!
