The Air Force has adjusted its height and weight standards to accommodate for new standards. This new standard is called a Body Fat Measurement (BFM) and is accomplished by a measurement of your neck and waist for Males and your neck waist and hips on for females. Male recruits are now allowed to have a BFM of 26%, and women can have up to 36% BFM. Talk to your recruiter to accomplish this process.
