My style is relational, collaborative, and grounded in helping people better understand themselves and move toward meaningful change. I aim to create a space where you can feel supported, challenged, and more connected to what matters most to you. I tend to show up as engaged, curious, and direct, while also making space for things to unfold at your pace.
I integrate EMDR, mindfulness, relational therapy, and parts-based work, depending on your needs and goals. This allows our work to go beyond insight alone and support deeper emotional processing and healing.
I’m drawn to this work because I’ve seen how much can shift when people have the space to better understand themselves and feel understood by someone else. Therapy can offer not only relief, but also a different way of relating to yourself, your experiences, and the people around you.
I’m trained in EMDR, an evidence-based approach that helps process and resolve difficult experiences at their root - not just talk about them. For many people, EMDR can support deeper healing and lasting change.
I’m especially interested in how similar dynamics can show up within ourselves, in our relationships, and in the environments we’re part of. That perspective shapes the way I work with individuals, couples, and organizations.
If this approach resonates with you, feel free to reach out or schedule a consultation. I’d be glad to connect and help you get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit.
