Practice Exercise:

The fillable Learning Development PDF (3 pages) will allow you to share essential learning project information and resources with the Learning Development Team. The form is automatically generated when the Request for Training is submitted in the Request for Service portal. 

You can review and practice completing the fields here. Click on the thumbnail image in the upper right corner to open the document. You will need to use a platform that allows the you to use the fillable function such as Adobe Acrobat. 

Once you have finished practicing, select the PREVIOUS button on the bottom right of the page to return to the Lesson 2 page where you should complete the required knowledge check.
