Welcome to an overview of the new process for submitting a Request for Training, and How to Complete and Submit the Learning Development Checklist to the Learning Development Team.
Learning Objective
After successful completion of the learning module, you will be able to use the new Request for Training submission process, be equipped to define and communicate necessary information for the production of learning deliverables, and submit questions to the Learning Development Team using the Learning Development Checklist.
Goals for the Learning Module
The implementation of the new process will create standardization and uniformity in the submission process to enhance communication to the Learning Development Team when requesting training initiatives. Improving the submission quality of the information provided in a Request for Training will enhance efficiency, minimize follow-up inquiries, and allow the Learning Development Team ato provide better project management and responsiveness options to the organization.
Module Structure
This learning module consists of 4 segments, 3 knowledge checks, a practice exercise using the the Learning Development Checklist, 1 final assessment quiz, and contact information for the Learning Development Team. The interactive, fillable Learning Development Checklist PDF for the practice exercise has been included and can be accessed in the Learning Development Checklist tab in the navigation menu.
Module Instructions:
What you will need for the training:
Your company provided laptop, and computer audio or earbuds while logged on to the internet, in-office or remotely to view the learning module. Closed captioning is available for each video.
How you can navigate through the website:
Use the navigation tabs at the bottom right of the screen, or use the website navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
How you can begin the learning module:
Select the Introduction from the navigation menu or select the NEXT button at the bottom of this page. Proceed through the elements for each segment, until you have completed them all.
How you can complete the learning module:
Once you have completed the video segments, knowledge checks, and the practice exercise, proceed to the final assessment quiz. You may exit the learning module after successful completion of the final quiz. Please allow the necessary time to complete all elements of the learning module.
Learning Assessments
During and at the end of the learning module, you should complete the knowledge checks and the final assessment quiz reviewing the information presented in the videos.
Knowledge check questions and the final assessment quiz:
can be taken an unlimited number of times
all questions must be answered correctly and score a 100% on the final assessment quiz is required to complete the module successfully.
