Players must be fully paid members (including subs) and registered on GMS before competing. Payments cover equipment, insurance, and club expenses.
All players must register on SPOND for training, ball boy, and match invites. Prompt responses are required, or players will be deemed unavailable. SPOND will also provide updates on venues and times.
Players must attend at least 85% of sessions. Training is Wednesdays (1hr 15min) at 6:00 PM and Sundays (2hrs if no match).
Two squads (U13s and U13s Development) will rotate based on the coaches' decisions. The half game rule is regulation in the Age Grade game. The rule ensures that everyone in the match day squad gets to play at least half the game time available. A "Mixed Ability" squad may be selected for certain matches.
Players must wear Bracknell RFC match shirt, shorts, socks, and proper boots. Failure to comply may lead to exclusion.
Players must arrive at least 1 hour before kick-off for warm-up and pre-match preparation unless directed otherwise.
All players must wear a white shirt, Bracknell RFC tie, smart trousers, and shoes. They are also expected to stay for the post-match meal.
U13s will be ball boys for 1st XV home matches, with each player assigned 2-3 times over the season. Full kit or branded outwear must be worn, and attendance is mandatory. A post-match meal is provided.
Parents and players are encouraged to share media content to promote the team and club. Only players with media consent will be featured.
All participants (Players, parents/guardians, coaches, managers, and spectators) must adhere to RFU’s TREDS values and respect match officials and opponents. Any disagreement with officiating should be bought to the referees attention via the captain or coaches. Violent conduct will not be tolerated and will be handled according to RFU and club policies.
