When are membership payments due?

Memberships will become due on the 1st August 2024 and will run through to 31st July 2025. Memberships will continue to be purchased via the membership portal of the Club Website and will be available from the 1st August accordingly. Instructions for purchasing memberships are below.

Do I have to make the full payment all at once or can I pay by installments?

The club can arrange an option to spread the cost of membership over 3 months (August, September and October) to returning members. Contact Clare at the earliest opportunity if you would like to set up a payment plan.

What are the membership benefits?

A bar drinks discount card which gives 18% discount
Access to purchasing tickets for international matches
Discounts on hiring the function hall

Can I vote at the AGM?

There are no voting rights with single Juniors membership, but there are with Family memberships. Parents purchasing a single child membership could purchase a Social membership which would come with a vote.

Step 1.

Joining the Club Website

To purchase your Club membership, you will need to be a member of the website.

You may already be a member of the club website and have a password. If this is the case, then you do not need to re-join just log in and go to step 2.

Each adult must register themselves, but each child will need to be registered by an adult over the age of 18 and then linked to the parent/guardian account. This is particularly important if purchasing a family membership.

You can join the website by following the link below:

Process is to register,

log in, go to your page / overview (which says my membership is up to date),
then click on manage roles,
then click on apply to be a parent,
then fill in the child's details.
Then wait for it to be changed from pending to approved.
Once approved then login back in via link below step 2, select relevant age group player membership 24/25 or if more than 1 child select family membership.
Go to checkout, pay, and add the player on check out.

Points to note:

If joining as a family, please make sure you link all of the family members into the membership.
Renewing members should enter their green card number on their profile page so it can be updated correctly on the bar system.
When selecting your type of access, please do not select Webmaster access as this will be refused.
