🌟 Our First Steps: How Bracelets of Hope Began
Hi friends,
Welcome to the very first blog post for Bracelets of Hope! I’m Riley, and I wanted to take a moment to share how this small idea became something close to my heart.
It all started with a simple thought: how can I bring a little light to someone’s darkest moments? I’ve always believed that even the smallest act of kindness can change a day, or even a life. One afternoon, I sat down with some paracord, a few beads, and a heart full of purpose — and I started making bracelets. I didn’t know exactly where it would lead, but I knew they had to mean something.
Then came the cards. Just a few words — uplifting messages, prayers, personal notes of encouragement. Something to let people know they’re not alone. That someone, somewhere, cares deeply about them.
That’s where Bracelets of Hope began — with love, string, and a spark of faith.
These bracelets are more than just handmade accessories. Each one is created to remind someone they are seen, supported, and strong. Whether it’s for a child going through a tough time, a senior in hospice care, or someone fighting silent battles — our goal is to wrap their wrist in hope.
This blog is where I’ll share our journey — the people we meet, the stories that touch us, and updates on how the project is growing. I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you're a supporter, a volunteer, a recipient, or someone who just stumbled upon this post, thank you. From the bottom of my heart — thank you.
Together, we’re making hope something you can hold.
With love,
Riley Carlson

Hi friends,
When I started Bracelets of Hope, I believed a small bracelet could bring a moment of hope. What I didn’t realize was how much you would inspire me along the way.
Every time you order a bracelet, share our posts, or tell a friend, you help this mission grow. Because of your support, we’ve been able to send bracelets to children going through treatments, seniors in hospice care, and individuals who just need a reminder that they are loved.
One of my favorite moments recently was seeing a photo of someone wearing their bracelet during a chemo treatment, using it as a reminder to stay strong. Another was hearing from a hospice nurse who gave a bracelet to a patient who smiled for the first time that day.
These stories are why I keep going, even on the hard days.
Your support doesn’t just help us buy more supplies; it spreads hope. Each bracelet is a reminder that someone is cheering you on, believing in you, and holding you in prayer.
Thank you for making this journey possible. Let’s keep spreading hope, one bracelet at a time.
With gratitude,
Riley Carlson
