B&R Canopy Studio（以下、「当スタジオ」）は、当スタジオが提供するスマートフォン向けアプリ（以下、「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの個人情報および利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
1. 個人情報の取得と利用目的（共通規定）
本アプリにおいて、当スタジオは以下の目的でユーザーの情報を取得・利用する場合があります。
・アプリの動作改善・不具合修正のため
本アプリでは、アプリの利用状況やエラー発生状況を把握するため、匿名のクラッシュレポートやアクセス解析ツールを利用する場合があります。これらにより収集されるデータは個人を特定するものではありません。
・お問い合わせ対応のため
ユーザーからのお問い合わせ時に提供された情報（メールアドレス等）は、お問い合わせへの回答およびサポート対応にのみ利用します。
2. 個人情報の第三者提供

3. 広告の配信について

4. アプリ別の個別特記事項
【SlowBlink（スロー・ブリンク）】
本アプリをご利用いただく場合、上記共通規定に加えて以下の事項が適用されます。
(1) カメラおよびマイク機能の利用
・利用目的：愛猫および飼い主のリアルタイム表情・まばたき検知、ならびに対話時の動画クリップ（映像および音声）の撮影・保存に利用します。
・データの取扱い：まばたき検知のためのリアルタイム顔認識・表情解析処理は、ユーザーの端末内（オンデバイス）で実行されます。撮影・保存された動画クリップおよび愛猫のプロフィール写真は、ユーザーの端末内ストレージに保存されます。
(2) アプリ内課金およびサブスクリプション管理 (RevenueCat)
・利用目的：有料定期購入プラン（SlowBlink Premium）の提供、購入処理、およびステータス管理（有効期限の確認、機種変更時の購入復元など）のために利用します。
・データの取扱い：課金プラットフォーム「RevenueCat」を利用し、匿名化されたユーザー識別IDおよびアプリ内購入履歴を管理します。クレジットカード番号等の決済情報はApple Inc.またはGoogle LLCが直接処理し、当スタジオやRevenueCatが取得・保持することはありません。
(3) AIモデル（外部API）による診断・解析
・利用目的：愛猫の表情・スロー・ブリンク動作の高精度な感情診断および飼い主向けアドバイス文の生成に利用します。
・データの取扱い：診断機能の利用時、セッション中に録画された動画クリップ等を暗号化された安全な通信経由で外部AIサービス（Google Gemini API 等）に送信して解析を行います。送信されるデータには、ユーザー個人を特定できる情報（氏名、連絡先等）は一切含まれず、猫の感情分析およびアドバイス生成の目的にのみ利用されます。
(4) 通知機能の利用
・利用目的：日々のスロー・ブリンク習慣化（絆ストリーク維持）のリマインド通知、およびデイリー無料プレイ枠のリセット通知に利用します。
・データの取扱い：通知の受信可否は、アプリ内設定または端末のOS設定よりいつでも変更・無効化が可能です。
5. プライバシーポリシーの変更
当スタジオは、法令の改正やアプリの機能追加等に伴い、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本サイトに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。

2. Third-Party Data Sharing

4. App-Specific Provisions: SlowBlink
The following terms apply specifically to the use of SlowBlink:
(1) Camera and Microphone Access
・Purpose: Used for real-time facial expression and slow-blink detection of cats and owners, as well as recording interaction video clips (video and audio).
・Data Handling: Facial landmark detection and real-time blink analysis are processed strictly on your device (on-device processing). Recorded video clips and cat profile photos are stored solely within your device's local storage and are never automatically uploaded to our servers.
(2) In-App Purchases and Subscription Management (RevenueCat)
・Purpose: Used to deliver, verify, and manage auto-renewing subscriptions ("SlowBlink Premium") and enable purchase restoration across devices.
・Data Handling: We use RevenueCat to process subscription entitlements using an anonymous user ID and purchase tokens. Payment details (e.g., credit card numbers) are processed directly by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play) and are never accessed or stored by us or RevenueCat.
(3) AI Diagnostics and Analysis (Google Gemini API)
・Purpose: Used to provide in-depth AI emotion diagnosis and personalized feedback based on cat expressions and slow-blink interactions.
・Data Handling: When the diagnostic feature is activated, recorded video clips are securely transmitted via encrypted communication (HTTPS) to external AI services (Google Gemini API) for emotion analysis. No personally identifiable information (such as your name or contact details) is included, and the data is used strictly for diagnostic analysis.
(4) Local Push Notifications
・Purpose: Used for daily habit reminders (maintaining Cat Bond Streaks) and daily free session quota reset reminders (9:00 AM daily).
・Data Handling: Notification preferences can be toggled on or off at any time within the App's settings or your device's system settings.
5. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to legal requirements or app enhancements. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
