By downloading or using BP Tracker, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BP Tracker for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
You may not use the app for illegal purposes or violate others’ rights. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app.
BP Tracker provides tools to track blood pressure but is not a medical device. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
BP Tracker Premium offers auto-renewing subscriptions for additional features.
Subscription Options: Monthly ($5.00/month) and Yearly ($40.00/year)
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple and subject to their policies.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app.
BP Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BP Tracker after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
Your use of BP Tracker is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
