B.P.S Mahila Vishwavidyalaya is the youngest University in India to have Academic Staff College within three years of its establishment in the year 2006. Academic Staff College of BPS Mahila Vishwavidyalaya aims at introducing inter-disciplinary approach in all its courses so as to cater to the needs of academics in the contemporary times and to perpetuate an understanding of a holistic approach to Higher Education.

The Academic Staff College at B.P.S.Mahila Vishwavidyalaya is committed to enhance learning, dialogue and reflexivity in the pedagogical domain for academicians so as to promote critical thinking amongst teachers and an insight into pedagogical innovation.
