UGC - Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) of B.P.S. Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Khanpur Kalan has a vision of enhancing the quality of higher education and inculcating high standards of thought and practice in its teacher participants. HRDC at BPSMV through its courses ensures that our participants develop an understanding of various challenges before academics in the present globalized world. The HRDC also follows UGC guidelines in designing all its programmes and courses. An effort is always made to invite eminent scholars to share their knowledge and expertise with the participants of the courses. Our courses are enriched by incorporating lectures focusing on developing communicative skills through management games, personality development sessions etc. This also makes our courses wholesome.
Being located in a women’s University, our HRDC recognizes its responsibility towards developing gender sensitivity in its participants. Through analyzing various documentaries and films, reading material and discussions, our participants learn to further appreciate the value of gender equality in society.
HRDC at BPSMV provides all kinds of technological and modern facilities to all its participants and resource persons. It has well equipped classrooms, computer lab, library and guest house. Situated in a rural area, the HRDC has a beautiful ambiance amidst of greenery around the University.
