What wedding photography packages do you offer?

We offer four distinct wedding photography packages:

• Diamond Photography Package: $4,250 (up to 10 hours with two photographers)

• Emerald Photography Package: $3,500 (up to 8 hours with two photographers)

• Sapphire Photography Package: $2,500 (up to 8 hours with one photographer)

• Ruby Photography Package: $1,700 (up to 6 hours with one photographer)

What is included in each package?

Each package includes coverage of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, with unlimited photos taken. All packages also provide a keepsake USB with professionally processed wedding photos and a personal use print release. Additionally, engagement sessions are included with the Diamond, Emerald, and Sapphire packages.

Can we customize our photography package?

We understand that every wedding is unique, and we are happy to discuss customizations. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your specific needs and how we can tailor our services to suit your vision.

What is the retainer fee to secure our date?

• For the Diamond Package, a nonrefundable retainer of $400.00 is required.

• For the Emerald Package, a nonrefundable retainer of $400.00 is required.

• For the Sapphire Package, a nonrefundable retainer of $300.00 is required.

• For the Ruby Package, a nonrefundable retainer of $300.00 is required.

How early should we book your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible (a year in andvance), especially if your wedding is scheduled during peak seasons, to ensure availability.

How many photos can we expect?

There is no limit on the number of photos taken. We strive to capture every moment, providing you with a comprehensive collection of memories from your wedding day.

Can we meet with our photographer before the wedding?

Absolutely! We encourage meetings to discuss your vision, preferences, and any specific shots you have in mind. We can communicate in person, over the phone, or via video call.

What happens in case of bad weather?

We always discuss a backup plan in case of bad weather, especially for outdoor ceremonies. Our team is equipped to handle various situations and ensure that your day remains beautiful and memorable.

What is your editing process?

All wedding photos undergo professional processing before they are delivered to you. This includes color correction, cropping, and enhancing images while maintaining a natural look. This can take 8 to 12 weeks from your wedding date. 

Are travel fees applicable?

Yes, travel fees may apply for distances over 50 miles from our base location. We will discuss any applicable fees during the booking process.

What if we want additional hours of photography?

You can add additional photography hours to your package for $250 per hour.
