Q: How many hours of service are included?
A: Packages include 5.5 hours of DJ service. Additional hours are available at $200/hr.

Q: How do we secure our date?
A: Sign the booking agreement and pay the non‑refundable retainer (300or300 or 300or400 depending on package). Once received, your date is reserved.

Q: Can we customize a package?
A: Yes. We can tailor lighting, photo‑booth time, ceremony needs, and other add‑ons to fit your timeline and budget.

Q: Do you provide ceremony audio and microphones?
A: Yes. We provide battery‑powered ceremony PA and wireless lapel mics for officiants and speakers.

Q: Do you take song requests or follow a do‑not‑play list?
A: Absolutely. We welcome must‑play and do‑not‑play lists and will collaborate on your timeline.

Q: What’s your backup plan for equipment failure?
A: We bring redundant, tested gear and backups to ensure uninterrupted music and sound.

Q: Do you coordinate with other vendors?
A: Yes—we communicate with photographers, venue staff, and planners to ensure smooth timing and transitions.

Q: How far do you travel and are there travel fees?
A: We serve Massachusetts & Rhode Island. Travel fees or overnight stays may apply for events over 50 miles; any fees will be confirmed before booking.

Q: When do you need final song selections and the timeline?
A: Final timeline and must‑play/do‑not‑play lists are requested 2–4 weeks before the wedding; earlier is welcome.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Venmo, checks, or cash.
