MY STORY
Thanks for stopping by here to read my story. I am still procrastinating about writing it, so here is just a blurb I shared with friends and family on social media:
Other than producing a really incredible spawn, finding my health and fitness is my proudest achievement. I wasn't going to post anything like this for all to see, I don't love that sort of attention, but I just had this old picture of me (not at my biggest, nor my unhealthiest) show up in my feed as a memory. To say it was diet and exercise would seriously minimize my efforts and also the efforts of everyone who hasn't succeeded with just diet and exercise. No fad diets, no weird vitamin subscriptions, no ozempic. I get asked about ozempic, people assume. Your health is not a diet plan or an exercise routine. It's an entire lifestyle. Releasing attachment to the unhealthy, enjoyable things in life is uncomfortable, painful even. With determination, you get past it. You can even teach yourself to enjoy the healthy things you think you don't like now.
I got super passionate about nutrition and fitness, and put the effort it to gain a certification as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I'm no professional, but I have some education and my personal experience. I'm ready to share this with a few people who are feeling truly ready to put in the effort to improve their health. By improve, I don't mean that I think I can coach you into the amount of change I've experienced. That's probably unrealistic for most people, but we can set some realistic goals involving energy, strength, and pant sizes! The ability to change is within you. If you're interested, let me know. I'll give you some goals to meet and tasks to complete before we work together.

MY MISSION
My mission with B+ Wellness is to help others do what I have done. I have found my health, comfort, strength, energy, pride, self esteem, and love of self. You can do this, I promise. It is not easy. A pill won't do it. A fad diet won't do it. Sitting on your ass feeling sorry for yourself won't do it. Allowing yourself or others to put limitations on you certainly won't do it! You won't get there by staying in your comfort zone. Believe it or not, this is less about taking things away from yourself, and more about giving to yourself.
We won't start with major restrictions, as fad diets and fitness plans typically do. We (You and I are a team!) will start by adding what you need to support your mind and body to become the best version of yourself!
