Agreement to Terms By downloading or using BP Med Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Service BP Med Tracker is a health monitoring mobile application for iOS and Android that allows users to track blood pressure readings, heart rate, orthostatic blood pressure measurements, blood sugar levels, weight, and medications. The app offers a free download with optional Pro subscription features.
Medical Disclaimer BP Med Tracker is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The information, alerts, ranges, and insights provided by the app are for informational and self-tracking purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decisions, including changes to medications, diet, or exercise. In a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number — do not rely on the app.
User Accounts You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Subscriptions and Payments BP Med Tracker offers auto-renewable Pro subscriptions:
Monthly: $2.99/month
Yearly: $24.99/year
A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
iOS: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Android: Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Acceptable Use You agree not to:
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its servers
Transmit any harmful or malicious code
Reproduce or distribute any part of the app without permission
Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of BP Med Tracker are owned by BP Med Tracker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Health Data You retain ownership of all health data you enter into the app. We do not sell your health data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Account Deletion You may delete your account at any time through the app Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our active systems.
Disclaimer of Warranties The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, BP Med Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
