Welcome to BP Buddy! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BP Buddy app and any related services provided by BP Buddy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using BP Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
By using BP Buddy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last Updated” date and post the new Terms within the app. Your continued use of BP Buddy after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your use of BP Buddy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.
BP Buddy is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the app lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.
Informational Purposes Only. BP Buddy is educational/informational and not a medical device.
No Doctor–Patient Relationship. Use of BP Buddy does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
Consult a Professional. Always consult your healthcare provider with any health concerns or before starting new treatments.
Liability Limitation. We are not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from your use of this app.
BP Buddy and its content, features, and services are provided “as is” for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should not rely on any information in the app as a substitute for professional medical guidance. Never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read in BP Buddy.
You may create a local account or profile to store your readings, journal entries, and tags. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant BP Buddy a license to display and manage it within the app.
All intellectual property rights in the app and its content (text, graphics, logos, icons, software) are owned by BP Buddy or our licensors and protected by law.
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the app;
Use BP Buddy for commercial solicitation;
Interfere with or disrupt the app’s operation.
BP Buddy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BP Buddy and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold BP Buddy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to BP Buddy at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including your violation of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, BP Buddy (or any part of it) with or without notice.
