5.Opportunities and Solutions:
- Identifies prospects for enhancing business processes and formulating innovative solutions.
6. Migration Planning:
- Constructs a plan for systematically implementing the intended architecture in phases.
7. Implementation Governance:
- Ensures that the execution remains aligned with the architecture and adheres to the established course.
8. Architecture Change Management:
- Oversees changes to the architecture over time, guaranteeing its continuous alignment with the evolving needs of the enterprise.
