Jira

Jira, created by Atlassian, serves as a widely adopted project management tool tailored to support Agile methodologies. It serves as a platform for teams to plan, monitor, and oversee their work throughout the development lifecycle. Jira encompasses various features and customizable workflows aligned with Agile principles, enabling teams to create and manage user stories, monitor progress through sprints, and visualize project timelines. Additionally, Jira facilitates collaboration by providing a centralized platform for communication and documentation. 

Salient features of Jira in an Agile context include:

• User Story Management: Assisting in the creation, prioritization, and tracking of user stories.

• Sprint Planning: Assisting in the planning and execution of Agile sprints.

• Burndown Charts: Visualizing progress and remaining work within a sprint.
