Membership is open to all current and former Airborne qualified personnel regardless of branch of service or current unit of assignment. Personnel previously attached to the 82nd Airborne Division, are also eligible for membership.
Membership dues are $35.00 per year with an "All American" (LIFE) membership available for $350.00. * The previously required Maintenance Fee for "LIFE" Membership is no longer in effect!
Membership includes a subscription to the quarterly National Airborne Publication, PARAGLIDE, and the monthly Chapter Newsletter, “THE ALL-AMERICAN”.

A Founding Member and LEGEND in U. S. Military history. LTC (Ret.) Robert E. Chisolm is a combat veteran of World War II, Korea and Vietnam. He is one, of the original 325 combat veterans (in the history of the U. S. military), authorized to wear the Triple Combat Infantry Badge (C.I.B.), for combat service in three separate wars. In 2013 Chisolm was honored as the "2013 All American Paratrooper of the Year" by the 82nd Airborne Division Association. And, in June 2019, LTC (Ret.) Robert E. Chisolm was inducted into the 82nd Airborne Divison's "All American Hall of Fame".
He is credited with a combat parachute jump on D-Day, into Normandy, France, as part of Operation: "Overlord." He made a second combat parachute jump into Holland during Operation: "Market Garden," and also saw combat in the Ardennes Forrest (southern Belgium), duting the "Battle of the Bulge."
After WW II, Robert E. Chisolm also saw combat in Korea and Vietnam.
For his exceptional military service, the Parks & Recreation Department of the City of El Paso, Texas, honored Bob with the dedication of a park, appropriately renamed.
The park is located on Harrison Avenue, only blocks away from the chapter facility, in front of Clendennin Elementary School.
