There is bathroom downstairs that has a tub/shower. The bath can be accessed via the hallway or the downstairs master bedroom. There is a bathroom in the upstairs master bedroom. It has a cathedral ceiling, stall shower and 2 person jacuzzi tub.
The roof deck has a table and chairs to enjoy the views!
There is ample parking spaces with 2 covered out of the sun (under the house) and 2 spaces in front. There is an outside shower conveniently located to wash off the sand from a lazy day at the beach.
