University of Ghana hosted the maiden edition of Boxwars-Ghana event which saw the great display of participants during the event.

COVID-19 did not make Boxwars-Ghana event become a reality because the production of the output of Boxwars requires that individuals come together in small spaces which make them become vulnerable to getting the disease due to the pandemic hence making it difficult for the event to become successful.
