Welcome to Bow Wow: Doge Voice Battle! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Bow Wow: Doge Voice Battle ("the App" or "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Bow Wow: Doge Voice Battle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country) to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

• Agreement: By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

2. License and Intellectual Property

• Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

• Ownership: All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App—including but not limited to software code, voice detection algorithms, visual assets, 2D/3D dog models, animations, UI designs, sound effects, graphics, and trademarks—are the exclusive intellectual property of the App developer and its licensors.

• Restrictions: You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.

  • Use bots, audio spoofers, macro tools, emulators, or third-party automated software to manipulate battle results or microphone inputs.

  • Exploit the App or any of its content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

3. Voice Combat & Microphone Safety Notice

• Microphone Usage: Bow Wow: Doge Voice Battle utilizes real-time microphone input to detect volume levels and vocal intensity for in-app battle mechanics. Audio processing occurs strictly locally on your device in real time and is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Health & Safety Warnings:

  • Vocal Health: Please be mindful of your vocal cords. Avoid excessive screaming, shrieking, or prolonged shouting at maximum volume to prevent vocal strain or discomfort.

  • Surrounding Awareness: Exercise caution and respect for your environment. Avoid using the voice combat feature in quiet public areas, hospitals, libraries, while driving, or in situations where loud shouting may cause public disturbance, panic, or hazard.

  • The developer shall not be held liable for any vocal strain, personal discomfort, or third-party disputes resulting from the user's vocal inputs.

4. User Conduct & Community Guidelines (Chat & Multiplayer)

When using the App's social features (including Global Chat, Language Channels, Private Rooms, and Friend Challenges), you agree NOT to:

• Post, transmit, or share any abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, hateful, sexually explicit, or unlawful messages.

• Spam chat channels or promote unauthorized commercial advertisements.

• Impersonate other users, developers, or moderators.

• Bully, threaten, or harass other players.

We reserve the right to monitor reported content, filter inappropriate language, and temporarily or permanently ban users who violate these Community Guidelines.

5. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases (If applicable)

• Virtual Goods: The App may offer virtual items, dog characters/skins, cosmetic upgrades, or currency ("Virtual Items") that can be unlocked through gameplay or purchased with real currency.

• No Real-World Value: Virtual Items are licensed on a limited, personal, non-transferable basis. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real money outside the App.

• Billing: All transactions are processed securely through the Google Play In-App Billing system. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play policies.

6. Third-Party Advertisements

• The App may display third-party advertisements (such as banners, interstitials, and rewarded video ads).

• We do not control or endorse the content of third-party advertisements, and your interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs.

• Microphone volume detection will perform identically across all hardware and device specifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, OR VOCAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
