By downloading, installing, or using Bow Wow: Doge Voice Battle, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect and Process

a. Microphone and Audio Data (Core App Feature)

• What we access: Bow Wow: Doge Voice Battle requires access to your device's microphone (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO) solely to detect vocal volume, sound intensity (decibels), and audio frequency to power the real-time voice-controlled battle mechanics.

• How we process audio:

  • All audio signals are processed locally in real time (ephemeral processing) on your device's temporary memory (RAM).

  • We DO NOT record, save, store, or archive your voice recordings or sound files on device storage or on external servers.

  • Audio data is NEVER transmitted over the internet or shared with any third parties.

  • The microphone is active only during active voice battle matches and is immediately deactivated when a match ends, when paused, or when the App is minimized.

b. Anonymous Account & User IDs

• The App does not require registration via social media accounts (such as Facebook or Google Login).

• An anonymous account is automatically created using a generated unique identifier (Player ID / UUID) associated with your device.

• This identifier is used solely to maintain your in-app profile, friend list, custom room invitations, battle statistics, and chat functionality.

c. Technical and Device Information

We and our third-party partners may automatically collect non-personally identifiable technical information, including:

• Device model, manufacturer, operating system version, and system language.

• IP address and approximate general location (country/city level).

• Google Advertising ID (AAID) and basic device identifiers.

• In-app diagnostic data, crash logs, and performance metrics.

d. In-App Purchases (If applicable)

• All financial transactions and in-app purchases are handled securely by the Google Play In-App Billing system. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or financial payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following legitimate purposes:

• App Functionality: To deliver real-time voice-detection battle mechanics, private room matching, friend management, and chat features.

• Analytics & Performance: To monitor performance, fix bugs and crashes, and improve overall user experience.

• Advertising: To serve non-personalized and personalized advertisements through third-party ad networks.

• Security & Policy Compliance: To prevent cheating, abuse, and ensure compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies.

3. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The App integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) for analytics, crash reporting, and advertising. These services may collect and process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

• Audio Data: Because audio processing is strictly ephemeral and executed in real time on RAM, audio data is discarded immediately and is never retained.

• App Data: Anonymous user IDs and technical diagnostics are retained only for as long as necessary to provide the App's services.

• Security: We apply standard industry security practices to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

Bow Wow: Doge Voice Battle is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can promptly delete such data.

6. User Rights and Data Deletion

• Microphone Permissions: You can enable or revoke microphone access at any time through your device settings (Settings > Apps > Bow Wow: Doge Voice Battle > Permissions > Microphone).

• Reset Advertising ID: You can opt out of personalized ads or reset your Google Advertising ID via your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

• Data Deletion Requests: You may request the deletion of any anonymous account data or diagnostics associated with your device by contacting us at our support email.
