BoulderConnect allows users to upload and share photos, videos, and other content related to their bouldering activities. We are committed to respecting intellectual property rights and ensuring that all content shared within the app complies with applicable laws.

1. User-Generated Content

Users of BoulderConnect may upload content including photos, videos, usernames, and display names. By submitting content to BoulderConnect, users confirm that:

• They have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to share the content publicly.
  
  

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and share through the app.

2. No Unauthorized Use of Third-Party Content

BoulderConnect does not host, promote, or distribute third-party copyrighted materials without proper authorization. Any third-party content uploaded by users in violation of intellectual property laws is strictly prohibited.

3. Content Moderation and Takedown

We reserve the right to remove any content that:
