• The Graduate Studies Committee reviewed and evaluated the Dissertation application using the GPSC Travel Award Rubric and the GPSC Research and Project Grants Rubric.

COH Outstanding Graduate Assistant in Teaching Award Nomination (UofA Academic Year 23-24)

• Nominated for the College of Humanities Outstanding Graduate Assistant in Teaching Award in recognition of excellent contributions and commitment to the college.

Assistant to the Director of Study Abroad Program in Guanacaste (Costa Rica, Summer 2023) 

• Lecturing SPAN 205, SPAN 206, SPAN 251 Intensive Spanish courses in Univeristy Issaac Newton (Liberia, Costa Rica).

Karen Smith Scholarship (UofA Academic Year 22-23)

• Granted offered by the Program in Hispanic Linguistics in the Dpt. of Spanish & Portuguese Grant to 1 student in the department each year.
