The Municiaplity of Liloan shall:

• Establish an investment friendly culture through an improved facilities and infrastructure;

• Provision of quality and sustainable basic services to the constituents;

• Provision of modern and application technology on Fisheries and Agriculture;

• Sustain peace and order and public safety of the municipality of Liloan

• Provide realistic measures to increase awareness on disaster risk reduction;

• Enact and implement local laws and policies/ordinances beneficial for the general welfare of the people;

• Provide responsive health and emergency services and public assistance;

• Install or rehabilitate climate change and disaster-resilient structures and facilities along strategic areas;

• Provide demand-driven livelihood skills and capability building programs to capacitate and rebuild normal living condition to disaster affected communities;

• It shall also ensure a functional Local Special Bodies and other mandatory councils and committees guided by consultative, participative local funtionaries, officials and other stakeholders;

• Enhancing and promoting better quality of life, wholesome and sustainable benefiting competent, cooperative and participative local constituents.
