Documentary Requirements:
✅ DTI / SEC / CDA Registrations

✅ Community Tax Certificate
(Barangay or MTO)
✅ Sworn Declaration of Capital Investment
(Requesting Party)
✅ Building Permit
(Municipal Engineering's Office)
✅ Contract of Lease, if leasing
(Owner of the rented establishment)
✅ Zoning Certificate
(Zoning Officer at MPDO)
✅ Sanitary Permit (including Food Handler's Health Certificate)
(Rural Health Unit or RHU)
✅ Certificate of Tax Exempt, if exempt
✅ Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC)
(Bureau of Fire Protection - BFP)
Walk-in Application
Submit a photocopy of all the required documents to the person responsible at Business One Stop Shop Office
Online Application
Log in to iBPLS Website. Don't have an account yet? Register
Click New Application
Select New for the Type of Application
Choose Annually for Mode of Payment
Set Current Year for Tax Year
Click the Tick Box General Barangay Clearance
(Part 1) Business Information and Registration
Fill in all information
Once all information is complete, click NEXT
(Part 2) Business Operation
Fill in all information
Once all information is complete, click NEXT
(PART 3) Business Activity / Requirements
For business code, refer to the PSIC Code 2019, or you may search through the search box
Click Add Line of Business, search and select business line/s, then click + icon
Input your capitalization by clicking 0.00 under Capital Investments of every business line, then click save
Upload needed documents (Only PDF and JPG files are acceptable. Maximum of 10MB can be uploaded.)
Upload Requirements, click Requirement Name dropdown button and select requirement then Choose File, and then click Upload.
Once all information is complete, click NEXT.
(PART 4) Summary
Review all information and click SUBMIT on the lower part, a pop-up box will appear and tick the checkbox, then click SUBMIT
Note: Before submitting your application, be sure to upload all the required documents otherwise your application will be declined. All applications submitted will go through the following processes below:
Verification
Checking all the information filled out by the registrant and if all required documents were uploaded is correct.
Endorsement
Approval of application by the endorsing office like BFP, Building Official, Zoning Officer & Sanitary Inspector
Payment
One-time Assessment of Fees and Tax Order of payment will be sent to the registered email. You can proceed to payment via Online or Walk-in
Issuance of Permit
The business owner/authorized may claim the official business permit at our office located at Business One Stop Shop Municipal Building, Poblacion, Liloan, Southern Leyte
