What is Boroondara Challenge?

The "Boroondara Challenge", is an annual challenge event organised for Scouts by the Boroondara District. For the previous few years the Challenge has been a Raft Racing event where Patrols compete against each other earning points in their raft construction and paddling on the river, completing a treasure hunt whilst paddling and of course how they embody the theme of the event. The race has been on the pound bend loop of the Yarra river and Warrandyte.

BUT for 2022 the Boroondara Challenge will be changing.

The challenge will continue to be water activity based,

a weekend camp @ Clifford Park

modelled on the highly successful

"Boroondara Rafting Madness camp of 2022".
