Ben je van plan naar Bormio af te zakken en de fietsen mee te nemen? Kies dan voor het verblijf van Maria (zij voert het woord en spreekt engels) en haar man Fulvio. Bij aankomst kregen we een uitgebreide rondleiding waarbij we al meteen doorhadden dat we hier niks tekort zouden komen. Het appartement was heel proper en voldoende ruim. We hadden een terrasje met zicht op de bergen, geweldig. Het is het perfecte verblijf voor fietsers. Er is een aparte ruimte naast de garage waar je alle materiaal voor handen krijgt om te sleutelen aan je fiets. Er is een grote fietstalling. Wil je een bikewash? Daar zijn Maria en Fulvio al met alle nodige spullen en detergent om je fiets terug te laten blinken als nieuw! Wat mij betreft: 10/10!

Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut prima! Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, super gepflegt und sauber. Die Grundausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Fulvio und Maria sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Hier hat man einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend rund um Bormio zu erkunden. Der vorhandene Fahrradraum ist perfekt, um sein Rad zwischen den zahlreichen möglichen Touren fit zu halten.

+The owners were very friendly and welcoming, also making several useful suggestions for walks, with loads of information available. The bed was very comfortable, and the noise of the river in the background was delightful. There were no other noises, so very peaceful at night. The appartment is well equipped with two balconies, one of which we used for breakfast each day. We stayed five nights, and did walks (excellent scenery) most days. There is a lot to see and do - especially walking and cycling It is about a thirty minute stroll in to the centre of Bormio, but there are several options of shops etc. nearby.
-Everything seemed very new, and so a little hard to feel totally at home. Also not enough dishes to justify using the dishwasher.

Great space only a short bike ride or drive to Bormio & all of the great activities & cycling climbs in the area. Great space provided for storing and maintaining bikes and equipment along with a large modern apartment & plenty of dining options in the town. Two great hosts also. A great place to stay.

Tradizione e modernità trovano un perfetto connubio in questo appartamento. La stufa tirolese a legna regala profumi e calori unici. La rivisitazione di boiserie e soffitti in legno in chiave più moderna è decisamente azzeccata. Fulvio e Maria sono due padroni di casa pronti a dispensare consigli utilissimi su location e cose tipiche.

Fulvio and Maria are very kind and caring hosts! The apartment is very nice, close to Bormio but at the same time in a quieter location, overlooking the Frodolfo water stream and the forest. Waking paths are starting just out of your door. Basic services are at waking distance but it is suggested to have a car.

Super schoon, lekker warm, leuk balkon, overheerlijke douche! Je hebt het hele appartement voor jezelf met een fijne keuken en slaapkamer. met goed bed! Je auto kun je kwijt bij het huis. De hosts zijn meer dan vriendelijk en leggen je alles uit. Wij hebben er 2 nachtjes geslapen, maar zouden zo nog een paar nachten zijn gebleven. Het appartement is vlakbij het dorp Bormio, een heeeel leuk stadje!

This is a lovely modern and recently renovated apartment in several hundred year old building. The place is very clean, neat, organized and absolutely beautiful. Maria and Fulvio were gracious hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. They definitely go the extra mile which is what made our stay wonderful. If you are a cyclist you will want to stay here because the house caters to storing and working on your bike. It also is at the start of the Gavia and not far from the Stelvio climb on Bormio side. I can't recommend this place enough!

We really enjoyed our time in Bormio/Valfurva with Maria and Fulvio. The apartment had everything we needed and more! (Very clean, new, beautiful view, dishwasher;)) It also had a perfect location. It was the perfect place to go cycling from (Stelvio, Gavia, Mortirolo). Maria and Fulvio were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it to everyone!

Siamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Gradita sorpresa la presenza di alcuni alimenti di "prima necessità" come pasta, olio, sale, latte, ecc. Fulvio e Maria si sono sempre dimostrati estremamente accoglienti e simpatici, ma discreti e mai invadenti. Da segnalare anche la loro flessibilità in merito all'orario di check-in e la disponibilità per qualsiasi richiesta di informazioni o suggerimenti per itinerari sia a piedi che in bici.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a Casa Zebrusius: appartamento accogliente, tenuto benissimo, silenziosissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario (ed anche qualcosa in più: abbiamo trovato a disposizione anche generi alimentari di prima necessità come latte, caffè, pasta...). In posizione strategica per tantissime escursioni. Fulvio e Maria sono host molto accoglienti, disponibili e discreti. Consigliatissimo!

Sehr schöne, voll ausgestattete Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon im 1Stock. Uns wurde ein Stellplatz im Hof fürs Auto mit Anhänger und eine Garage fürs Motorrad zu Verfügung gestellt.Die Einfahrt zum Hof ist leider etwas eng und mit Vorsicht zu benutzen.

We had a very nice stay! The appartment was very clean. You had everything you needed and more! It's located next to a water stream, so when you sat outside you heard the water and nothing more than quietness. It was also next to Bormio, just a small drive! You can do a lot of activities from there, we went to Bracka, very very nice! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. When something was wrong you could always knock on their door to ask for help. In the entrance there were a lot of info papers for activities in the area. We were more than happy!

Un semaine au frais à 1300m, alors que la canicule plombait l'Italie cette fin juin 2017.... Superbe appartement décoré de matériaux nobles (bois et pierre), à l'entrée de San Nicolo sur la route de San Caterina, entre vieille église et torrent Frodolfo. La maison est très calme et confortable, très bien équipée -garage à vélos fermé- L' accueil et l'accompagnement de Fulvio et Maria utiles, sympathiques et savoureux -salade du jardin / initiation à la cafetière italienne !- Depuis le village, petit mais doté de commerces de base alimentaires et de bons restaurants, avons découvert le Valfurva, de cols en alpages fleuris, de lacs naturels ou artificiels en villages à l'histoire très riche (Bormio très animée, ses églises peintes, ses vieilles portes, son marché, ses bains... peut être gagnée à pied en longeant la rivière). On peut descendre pour une journée vers le lac de Côme ou monter à Tirano à bord du train Bernin express qui traverse les Alpes suisses voisines... sans oublier, pour les plus courageux... suivre jusqu'au sommet les très très nombreux lacets menant aux cols gravis par les plus grands cyclistes et les plus anonymes aussi ! Un appartement à expérimenter aussi certainement avec grand intérêt l'hiver (Bormio 2000 avec toutes pratiques possibles, voisine) - Grazie mille da C & C Garel Villeurbanne / France -

Fulvio and Maria were truly lovely hosts and their spot in San Nicolo' was as tidy, clean, airy and cosy as you could wish for. Beautiful views from each corner of the room and two different balconies, bathing in sunshine every morning while my boyfriend and I were staying. Communication was excellent - we arrived much later than we had originally intended, but Fulvio and Maria were very flexible in staying up to wait for us. We visited during the Giro D'Italia's passing through Bormio and Maria and Fulvio were great in giving tips on how to watch the race as well as info about surrounding area, restaurants, shops etc. The walk into Bormio is great as well, 35 mins along wat is basically a super quiet, well-lit footpath along the river. Bormio is v cute, great food and the area is stunning, would 100% recommend renting bikes and cycling the Stelvio, although hiking is also amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this spot to any of my friends!

We were a group of 3 friends who booked the apartment for a 3 day ski trip in Bormio and surroundings. We found the apartment just perfect for such kind of trip because is very close to the ski facilities in Bormio and/or Santa Caterina either by car or by public transportation. The apartment was very well equipped and super clean. Very cozy and quiet place, it’s ideal for a group of 3 friends or perhaps for a couple with a kid. Pharmacy, supermarkets and small shops at walking distance. No problems to find parking space. We really appreciate Fulvio’s flexibility to allow for late check-in late in the evening, and how helpful he was in providing us with all necessary information about the ski facilities, weather, transportation, etc. Overall, our stay was simply fantastic and we will surely come back.

Fulvio e Maria sono stati gentilissimi, davvero disponibili e molto precisi nel descrivere come raggiungere casa loro. L'appartamento è ideale per chi cerca intimità, pulizia e comodità. È infatti pulitissimo, ben arredato e dotato anche di una modernissima piastra a induzione, molto apprezzata da chi ama il the e se lo trova pronto in una manciata di secondi... Vi è anche un posto auto letteralmente "dietro l'angolo" della casa. Il luogo è ideale per chi vuole relax e pace, perché lontano dal caos, ma - al contempo - subito vicino a negozi, bar, a Bormio e Santa Caterina. Lo consiglio vivamente! Grazie per l'ospitalità! Abbiamo soggiornato a casa Zebrusius una decina di giorni ad agosto: l'appartamento e' bello e molto pulito, la terrazza attrezzata con tavolo,sedie, sdraio ed ombrellone si affaccia sul Frodolfo, il torrente che scende dal ghiacciaio dei Forni, da vedere assolutamente! Dietro casa parte la pista ciclo pedonale che collega S.Nicolo' a Bormio, permettendo al turista di fare splendide passeggiate senza toccare la macchina. Maria e Fulvio, i proprietari, abitano nello stesso stabile e sono persone meravigliose, gentili e sempre disponibili. Mu, la loro simpatica gattona, ogni tanto fa capolino dalla terrazza, dandovi il buongiorno. Che dire...un paradiso per gli amanti del relax, della montagna, del silenzio e soprattutto del fresco!!!
La Valfurva e Bormio meritano assolutamente di essere visitate, le valli e le montagne che le circondano sono stupende, lussureggianti e selvagge. Consigliamo vivamente a tutti di trascorrere una vacanza in Valfurva da Maria e Fulvio a casa Zebrusius!! Paola e Davide.

Great quiet place! Maria and Fulvio took really good care of everything and were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and had all the things we needed (e.g., kitchen appliances). For us it was the perfect the location to go bike riding and hiking. Near Bormio that has everything you , but even in the village itself is a small supermarket and restaurant. We highly recommend staying here!

The place offers Great value for the money. It’s very nice for a short stay. It is clean and seems like freshly built. All appliances are new, the towels, bedding and other supplies are very fresh and of a good quality. The supermarket is about 7 - 10 min drive – in Bormio. Maria and Fulvio are fantastic hosts: very organized, nice and was pleasure to deal with. Besides the regular kitchen food supplies (like salt, pepper and oil) there were some brand new packs of food, which was very thoughtful of them to put. They’ve gave us a lot of useful info about the area: told us about hikes to a nearby Glaciers (near Santa Caterina di Valfurva) that for some reason was not that widely known. The hike was beautiful and we really enjoyed it (just do a research on the level of the hikes before taking them). There is a trail going right behind the house – nice to take if you don’t feel like going far. Parking is just steps from the house – very easy. Communication with the hosts was great. Thank you so much Maria and Fulvio. Hosts are highly recommended.

Fulvio and Maria were generous, kind, and sharing hosts. They immediately provided us with information about the area, including an extensive collection of biking and hiking maps. Fulvio even allowed the use of his tidy and well-stocked bike garage. He shared the use of his air compressor, cleanser, and rags for cleaning my bike. When we tripped a circuit breaker, Maria talked me through the process of resetting things over the phone, patiently and kindly. We had a great stay here. We hiked and biked, visited the spa, and enjoyed Bormio and the small town where Casa Zebrusius is located. I really enjoyed my stay here.

There are plenty facilities in the town and Bormio can be reached via a walk down the river. Maria and Fulvio could not have been more helpful and were fantastic hosts. Abbiamo soggiornato in due per 5 notti in questo splendido appartamento e l'esperienza è sicuramente stata molto positiva. Caldo e accogliente, dotato di ogni confort, ricca documentazione sulle attività da svolgere nell'intorno, con tanto di buoni sconto e ingressi omaggio alle splendide "Bormio Terme"!! Proprietari molto disponibili e cordiali fin dall'arrivo e per tutto il soggiorno.
Posizione della casa ottima, a pochi minuti dal centro di Bormio e dalle principali attrattive turistiche che la zona offre.

Wir waren total begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft Marias und ihres Mannes. Mit vielen guten Infos und Tipps rund ums Biken haben Sie uns sehr weitergeholfen und unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem werden lassen. Das Appertement ist bestens ausgestattet, es gibt sogar Kaffee, Milch, Kekse, etc. Ausserdem ist es sehr sauber und die grosse Sonnenterasse der Hit! Wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank, Maria!

Great place to stay! Maria and her husband took really good care of everything and were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very organised, clean and had all the basics we needed. We stayed for a week for cycling and it was the perfect location for us to reach the big climbs(Stelvio, Gavia, Mortirolo). We highly recommend staying here!

Accueil chaleureux, propriétaires disponibles et courtois. Prompt à donner des conseils sur les balades, les restos etc….
Appartement sympa et fonctionnel avec une terrasse dès plus appréciable l’été.
Nous avons tout apprécié lors de notre séjour. C’est simple, si nous retournons un jour du coté de Bormio, nous savons ou séjourner

Solo commenti positivi per questa casa e per i suoi proprietari!
Ci hanno accolto per un soggiorno di 4 notti con un arrivo in piena notte senza problemi, ci hanno fornito tutte le comodità possibili senza spese ulteriori, biancheria, asciugamani, sconti per le terme di Bormio, deposito sci e scarponi al caldo, wifi free, parcheggio.
L'appartamento è molto curato nei dettagli, con riscaldamento con termostato per tenere sempre la temperatura preferita. La cucina è nuova e fornita di utensili e pentole oltre il necessario, piacevolissimo trovare già presenti zucchero, sale, olio, pepe, the, caffè e altri prodotti nelle dispense, comodissimo il piano ad induzione anche per chi come noi non lo aveva mai utilizzato.
Perfetta la posizione, abbiamo raggiunto sia gli impianti di Bormio (a meno di 5 minuti d'auto), sia quelli di Santa Caterina Valfurva con estrema facilità e rapidità, inoltre nel paese di San Nicolò non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare alimentari e macellerie (vicinissima all'appartamento) con ottimi prodotti anche di produzione propria.
Siamo stati davvero bene, grazie ancora ai proprietari Maria e Fulvio sempre cordiali e disponibilissimi.

“Ottimo appartamento!”
La casa è molto carina,pulitissima e dotata davvero di ogni comfort!
I proprietari gentilissimi,discreti e molto disponibili!
Ottima la posizione a metà fra Bormio e Santa Caterina,se dovessi tornare per un periodo di vacanza non esiterei a riaffittare di nuovo lo stesso posto!

Siamo arrivati a Bormio da Maria senza alcun problema, le indicazioni forniteci sono state molto precise. Maria e il suo compagno ci hanno accolto all'ingresso e ci hanno indicato il parcheggio per l'auto, dietro la casa, super comodo. L'appartamento è molto carino, intimo e dotato di tutto il necessario per una permanenza confertevole e calda vista la zona :-) Maria e il suo compagno sono persone molto disponibili, sia sul fronte domestico che info-turistico, amanti della montagna e del proprio territorio. Che dire d'altro, Bormio è una culla termale e una località sciistica rinomata perciò chi ama questi caratteri si troverà a suo agio dimorando in casa Zebrusius. Alla prossima!! ali & stefania

We really enjoyed our stay in Bormio. Maria is a very polite and open minded person. She and her husband provided us with very valuable information regarding the surrounding mountains and recommendable road bike tours. The apartment is located near to Bormio - just a few minutes by car. There is a kitchen with all necessary tools and some basic food like oil, salt, … On the terrace you can enjoy the sun. So absolutely recommendable!

Maria was a wonderful host and the house is very modern, well kept up, and has plenty of space for two people. The kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies (coffee, salt, sugar, even oregano), and any cooking supplies you might need. We visited in early October and the village was very quite, but we were able to buy some provisions at a shop right across the street. If you have a larger-sized car parking might be a bit tough, We had a BMW 2-series and it just barely fit.

“Location! location! Wonderful location!!! - as long as you love scenery and getting out there in amongst it.”
Very helpful & friendly owners, living close by, with excellent English. Clean & tidy accomodation, well equipped. Windows a bit small, so not a lot of natural light, but outside balcony area, with patio furniture and sun loungers provided, was well used. Walking routes straight from the door. Mountain passes for further afield excursions, by bike or motor, just along the road. Small local shops and good places to eat also in easy walking distance. Main town of Bormio only a couple of miles away. Really enjoyed using the free passes which came with the property booking, for Bormio Terme pools. After a day out biking & hiking it was very relaxing swimming in the warm outdoor pools amongst mountain scenery!
